How to Access Your Timetable
  1. Go to http://www.lsbm.ac.uk/timetables
  2. Under “Timetable and Academic Calendars” click on: 
    Students: https://ttportaluk.com/LSBM1617/studentlogin.html
    Staff: https://ttportaluk.com/LSBM1617/stafflogin.html
  3. A new tab will open, enter your “Username” (Username is: Your First Name (space) Your Surname) and enter your “Password”.
  4. Click on “Schedule”and then:
  5. Click on the “Calendar Icon” and choose the current academic week or click on “This Week” button to see the timetable for the required week:
  6. You should now be able to see your timetable.

Students - How to Connect Your Calendar to iCal Using Outlook

Syncing iCal files to your calendar will automatically update your timetable into your Outlook calendar, making it easier to keep track of time, date and room changes for your lecturers and seminars.  In order to access the student iCal Calendar feed, you will need to enter the following URL, replacing the XXXX portion with your LON number.

http://ttportaluk.com/calendars/LSBM1516/XXXX/cal.ics  

Once you have created your unique URL by replacing the XXXX with your LON number you need to follow the steps below to sync your calendar.

  1. Click on “Calendar”. 
  2. Click “Open Calendar”.
  3. Click “From Internet”.
  4. Enter your unique URL into the box.
  5. Click “OK”.

Staff - How to Connect Your Calendar to iCal Using Outlook

Syncing iCal files to your calendar will automatically update your timetable into your Outlook calendar, making it easier to keep track of time, date and room changes for your lecturers and seminars.  In order to access the staff iCal Calendar feed, you will need to enter the following URL, replacing the XXXX portion with your unique code that will already have been sent to you.

https://ttportaluk.com/calendars/StaffLSBM1516/XXXX/cal.ics

Once you have created your unique URL by replacing the XXXX with your unique code you need to follow the steps below to sync your calendar.

  1. Click on “Calendar”.
  2. Click “Open Calendar”.
  3. Click “From Internet”.
  4. Enter your unique URL into the box.
  5. Click “OK”.

Syncing iCal files to your Office365 calendar will automatically update your timetable into your Outlook calendar, making it easier to keep track of time, date and room changes for your lecturers and seminars.  In order to access the student iCal Calendar feed, you will need to enter the following URL, replacing the XXXX portion with your LON number.

  1. Go to www.lsbm.ac.uk and click on “Office365”.
  2. Login to “Office365”:
  3. Click on “Calendar”:
  4. Go to “Add Calendar” and click on “From Internet”.
  5. Copy and paste your unique URL into the “Link to the Calendar” box.
  6. Name your calendar and click “Save”:
  7. To display your timetable calendar click the calendar on the left navigation bar.
  8. You can see your iCal calendar displayed in a different colour. Click on a module to display more detailed information about time, date, and location.

Staff - How to Sync iCal Files to Your Office365 Calendar

Syncing iCal files to your Office365 calendar will automatically update your timetable into your Outlook calendar, making it easier to keep track of time, date and room changes. In order to access the staff iCal Calendar feed, you will need to enter the following URL, replacing the XXXX portion with your UNIQUE number which you will already have been provided with.

https://ttportaluk.com/calendars/StaffLSBM1516/XXXX/cal.ics

Once you have created your unique URL by replacing the XXXX with your UNIQUE number you need to follow the steps below to sync your calendar.

  1. Go to www.lsbm.ac.uk and click on “Office365”.
  2. Login to “Office365”:
  3. Click on “Calendar”:
  4. Go to “Add Calendar” and click on “From Internet”.
  5. Copy and paste your unique URL into the “Link to the Calendar” box.
  6. Name your calendar and click “Save”:
  7. To display your timetable calendar click the calendar on the left navigation bar.
  8. You can see your iCal calendar displayed in a different colour. Click on a module to display more detailed information about time, date, and location.
