Weekly IT Maintenance Schedule
Please note that in order to test and maintain our IT systems at optimal levels we may need to sometimes take Student and/or Staff IT systems offline.
Sometimes it may not be possible to give notice of this. For example, where systems have failed, server problems, hosting issues etc.
In those cases we will endeavour to get our systems working as quickly as possible.
However, we want you to know about the following two regular ‘Maintenance Times’ where we will carry out routine maintenance.
Regular Maintenance Times
Wednesdays: 7.00am – 9.00am
Fridays: 21.00pm – 23.00pm
During those times the website, office internet access and all portals may be temporarily out of service.
