LLM International Commercial Law
This course offers a progression opportunity for continuing law students and provides an introduction to law for students from other academic backgrounds.
You will explore many of the facets of international commercial law, for example which law applies between international parties when dealing with international commercial disputes, what the criminal liabilities for international corporations are, and how intellectual property is protected in the global market.
You will develop the understanding and skills to address economic globalisation issues within a legal context.

This course does not require a qualifying law degree (QLD) and applicants from other academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Applicants normally require a first or second class honours degree in any subject from a UK university (or equivalent).
English Language Requirement
Applicants whose native language is not English must provide evidence of their English language capability. The level required for study on Master's degree courses is IELTS 6.5 (minimum category score of 6.0) or equivalent.
Please note that international students, who require a Tier 4 VISA will not be permitted to work during their studies.
