Self Service Portal (SSP) is the main method you will use to communicate with us during your studies. It is also the main method we will use to communicate with you. Notifications are posted on the SSP.

Please note: Students with an old LON number can still reset their password by clicking on forgotten password.

At the start of your course you will receive your own password to access this facility and will be able to:
  • Change personal information on your student profile when changes occur, such as a new mobile number and change of address.
  • Upload documents such as proof of address.
  • Print forms and documents related to being a student, e.g. bank letter, proof of enrolment and Council Tax Exemption forms.
  • See your ratified marks after the meetings of the award boards.
  • Check your attendance.
  • Review your financial situation with the institution.
  • Request letters printed on our letterhead.
  • Raise questions you may have relating to your student record.
Please remember that it is vitally important to keep your contact details up to date on the SSP. If you fail to do this, bank letters and council tax exemption letters will be void.
