The Help Our IT Support Portal Offers
  • In your Personal’ email account look for’ email (please check your inbox and junk box).
  • ‘Click’ on the ‘SSP link’ (example link: Click here to view your account).
  • Please ensure you register your SSP As Soon As Possible’ because the link will expire within five days.
  • ‘Enter a Password’ into the form and select 'Password Hint Question', then ‘Answer The Secret Question’.
Ensure you remember your password and the answer to your secret question because your answer can be used to reset your password.

How To Raise A Ticket With IT Support
  • Go to 'London School of Business and Management IT Helpdesk' at
  • Click on ‘Open A New Ticket’.
  • Fill in the form and ‘Select’ the level of your ticket.
  • ‘Drag And Drop’ any relevant files into the box or click on ‘Choose’ to Browse’ files.
  • When all relevant information is complete click on Create Ticket’.

How To Check Your IT Ticket

Option one

  1. Check your Inbox / Junk box in the email you used to raise the ticket. Look for an email sent from ‘IT Support’.
  2. Open your email and look for theTicket Number e.g. #000026’.
  3. ‘Click On The Link In The Emailto check on your ticket.
  4. You should now be able to see the ‘Status’ of your ticket.
  5.  If you want to respond to any comments click ‘Reply’.

Option two

  • Go to 'London School of Business and Management IT Helpdesk' at
  • Click on ‘Check Ticket Status’. 
  • Enter theEmail Address’ you used to raise the ticket and your Ticket Number’.
  • Click on ‘Email Access Link’.
  • When you see the Green Box’ a link will be sent to your email.
  • Follow steps ‘1-4 In Option One’ to view your ticket.
