OF BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT
Are you facing difficulties finding employment? The London School of Business and Management endeavors to assist students to find work experience. The Centre for Employability at the London School of Business and Management will display the latest job opportunities for current students of the institution as well as offering guidelines for finding suitable jobs and to help you enhance your employability.
Here you will find information on how to find work, you will receive advice on what you need to start your business, help with CVs and applications, work placements, volunteering and information for further study, also information on workshops dates and careers fairs.
The Personal Development Plan, which is a '12 week' journey in two parts, helps people learn about themselves. The key that unlocks the door to a career which is more about what you want than what the world expects of you is : knowing who you are, what you want, where you have come from and what is around you. This will almost always lead you to where you want to be.
On a practical note, people often find that they are 'tongue tied' at interviews. The PDP makes you remember all that you have achieved and that you can build on, so that when you are asked those all important questions 'tell me about yourself' or 'tell me what you have achieved ', you can actually use the things that you have come up with during the PDP sessions to answer these questions confidently.
